Business Engagement Initiative:
The PEN Group, LLC. was engagement in 2012 with the task of identifying new market opportunities for existing company services.

The six-month assessment study identified significant opportunities for the company to expand into the; Military Facility Maintenance, Railroad and Utility Markets. Specific target companies were identified and meetings were held in each expansion area. Subsequent efforts were directed to developing marketing strategies to penetrate each area and timelines for achieving milestones was implemented.

The PEN Group’s engagement has evolved to provide commission-based sales for each new market. In addition, The PEN Group, LLC. is presently researching a funding opportunity for TL9000 QMS certification.
