We are an established Western, New York based manufacturing company with concentration in injection molding and machining that offers a turn-key approach to product realization. Our company is AS9100 and ISO 9001-2008 certified. We are vertically integrated with in-house capability for: design, tool building, prototype, fully automated production, testing and assembly. Our products include: Fuel Cell-Alternative Fuel, Medical, Aerospace, Industrial, Recreational, Automotive and Consumer Products.
Molding:
Our customers are in a variety of different industries such as, HVAC, Automotive under hood, photocopy, medical and firearms. Our customer base is very stable and evenly distributed with our top customer representing 16% of total sales.
Materials experience includes Nylon, ABS, Poly Propolene, Polyethelyne, Stavax, Foam Molding, etc. Machinery capability range from 25 to 1100 ton and we have in-house robots, conveyors, tower, chiller and grinding to provide full vertical support. We can accommodate shot sized to 9.5 lbs. and mold sizes to 15,000 lbs.
Machining:
Our CNC machining services division includes both mold building and contract machining. In the last 18 months we have undertaken a significant acquisition of new CNC equipment and quality measurement equipment. Subcontract machining offers a reccurring revenue source and strategic growth strategy for our company.
Real Estate:
We are operating out of a 48,000 (+/-) sq. ft. real estate owned under a separate LLC and is leased to the manufacturing company. The facility is in a prime location.
