Our customers are in a variety of different industries such as, Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial, Connectors, Firearms, Industrial, Medical, Military, Optical, Solenoid Valves, Hydraulic Valves and Pneumatic Valves. Our customer base is very stable and evenly distributed with our top customer representing 25% of total sales.
Materials experience includes standard free machining, hard to machine aerospace alloys and plastics. All CNC Machines, programming software, inspection equipment and tooling are recent purchases and state of the art for this kind of business. All machines have the capability to turn and mill finished product in a single setup, with two and three tools in the cut simultaneously. This fabrication flexibility allows us to compete successfully in the global marketplace.
We are operating out of 25,000 sq. ft. and own adjacent land with the possibility to double the size of the facility. The real estate is owned under a separate LLC and is leased to the CNC Machining Company. Our 2012 sales were $5.4 million with a gross profit margin of 36%. 2013 sales are forecast to increase 5-10% with a similar gross profit margin. We employ 30 fulltime individuals and we are operating at 67% potential capacity.
