John has worked closely with companies that need business or physical plant restructuring, plant expansion, equipment acquisitions and debt restructuring since 1995. He has developed a unique expertise in turnaround management, advising financially troubled and distressed companies, and working with insolvent companies to become solvent. John specializes in tax and management-advisory services for closely held and publicly traded corporations, as well as partnerships and limited liability companies. He serves a large concentration of clients in the manufacturing industry, construction, wholesale distribution, and large retail businesses. He also advises company owners and executives on compensation, individual tax and estate planning as well as Mergers and acquisitions.

In less than three years, she progressed to the position of associate Creative Director, and after five years in the business, Jenna was ready to venture out on her own.
